Ingredients
1 bunch parsley
4 dry red peppers
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
2 tbsp sesame
oil
salt
Method
Parsley and peppers are cleaned, washed and cut in large pieces sesame and sunflower seeds are roasted in a dry pan. In a blender, and mix it well is cut, oil is added in an amount to cover the mixture and salt, stirred again at a high level to a finely chop the ingredients and mixed with olive oil. Transfer to a glass jar and store in refrigerator.

Very interesting what application is used, where and for what?
We do Eat toast with cheese or prosciutto, pasta with grilled chicken, roasted potatoes ... liking. May be added at baking chicken or fries.
Let me now clearly parsley pesto, great opportunity, will try it in the / u cheese and halyumi. I liked it a lot.
