Paste of dried red peppers

Ingredients
10-15 dried red peppers
2-3 cloves garlic
salt
1-2 tbsp sunflower oil
1-2 tbsp vinegar
Method
Peppers Boil in salted water. Drain and scrape the flesh part. Blend to a smooth puree. Add garlic, crushed very well. The mixture add salt to taste and add a drop of the oil, stirring constantly. Season with vinegar.

Instead I put vinegar tomato paste, and 1-2 boiled dry peppers and a sprig of leek.
