Pate with cottage cheese and vegetables

Ingredients
200 g cottage cheese
1 carrot
10 leaves of spinach
5-6 garlic cloves
1/2 bunch parsley
a few sprigs of mint, basil, peel
salt, pepper
2-3 tbsp olive oil and lemon juice
Method
All The green, carrot and garlic in a blender Strain. Add to the cottage cheese, stir well, flavor with salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice.
