Pea soup in Hungarian

Ingredients
200 g peas
200 g beef bones
3 tablespoons (30 g) flour
30 g butter
40 g pasta
paprika
100 g cream
parsley
salt
Method
Well washed veal bones and put peas in boiling salted water and boil until tender peas. Of the butter and flour make a light roux, add red pepper, pour with soup and broth from boiling peas and boil. Pasta is cooked, add the peas and cream, warmed and salted. Finally sprinkle with chopped parsley.
