Pears in red wine and spices

Ingredients
400 ml red wine
piece of lemon peel
1/2 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
4 pears
1 tbsp sugar
Method
Boil wine, cinnamon, lemon peel and cloves. Pears clean, peel and boil for about 10 minutes in the wine. Remove and wine boil again and sweetened with sugar. Pears are arranged in plates pour the sauce of wine.
