Peppers stuffed with leeks

Ingredients
10 dried peppers
3 leeks
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/3 cup sunflower oil
salt
Method
Scalds are the peppers with boiling salted water, peel and cleaned of stems and seeds. Cut the onion leeks and add pepper and salt to taste. This stuffing fill the pods in each and put 1 tsp sunflower oil. Ranks peppers makes a deep pan, pour the remaining sunflower oil and 1 cup hot water and bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes.

Add one teaspoon of red pepper. Good recipe for fasting.
