250 g butter
250 g sugar
4 eggs
2 cup flour
7 tbsp milk

Method
The butter and sugar well. Gradually, stirring continuously, add the egg yolks, flour and milk. Finally added egg whites broken down into snow and the mixture is poured into a baking dish or other suitable container. Apricots compote drain well be rolled one by one in sugar and flour and arrange on dough. Cake bake to pink at 150 S.
