Ingredients
# For the base:
5 eggs
200 g sugar
160 g wheat starch
10 g baking powder
vanilla
# For the filling:
1 package cream Ole Dr. Oetker or another cream of your choice
400 ml cold milk
100 ml liquid pastry cream
jam strawberries
6-7 tbsp sugar syrup
Method
Eggs are broken down with the sugar until white. Was added gradually wheat starch, which is mixed baking. Finally flavored with vanilla. The mixture was placed in a rectangular tray, which is covered with greased baking paper. The base is baked in a heated oven at about 160-180 C. After baking, place on a damp cloth and still warm rolled up. Allow to cool down to. The cream is cooked as directed on Packages. Cream mix in separate bowl until fluffy. Add to cream Ole. The base develops and slightly syrupy. Smeared with cream, put strawberries sweet and gently turn back roll. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with whipped cream.
