Pita with salt cream and onion

Ingredients
220 g readymade dough
1/3 cup butter
6 large onions
1 green sour apple
salt
pepper
grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp cumin
15 tbsp salt cream
3 eggs
Method
The oven is heated to 190 C. The dough out onto a floured advance pan and pricked with a fork. Bake for about 10 minutes. The butter is melted in a pan. Fry the chopped onion and apple on a slow fire for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain of the butter, add salt, pepper and cumin. The mixture was poured onto the baked dough. Beat the cream and beaten eggs, then pour over the dough. Sprinkle with remaining butter. Bake about 35 minutes, until topping tightening.
