Planted rice

Ingredients
1 onion
1 carrot
1 roasted pepper
250-270 g rice
tomato paste
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp flour
1 bouillon cube (vegetable)
salt
parsley, red pepper, pepper

Method
Slice the onion, carrot peel and shred it at finer grater, cut the pepper into small pieces and fry it well. Then add the tomato puree and a clove of garlic (pierce January advance with a knife or fork). Remain little to fried tomatoes and remove everything from the fire. Now add the washed and drained rice and stir. Put 1 tbsp flour and paprika and stir. Put it a little to fry, as previously we have to be prepared a bowl of warm water. Water was poured little by little (about 700-900 ml). Leave to boil until the rice is almost ready (almost do not have any liquid). Then add the parsley and pepper. Leave it on the fire for 1-2 minutes.
