Polenta with eggs

Ingredients
320 g cornmeal
680 ml water
80 g melted butter
40 g sugar
1 egg
salt
Method
In boiling water, put salt, sugar and sifted cornmeal, but not to be confused, until boil. Then quickly stirred to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Then simmer for 10 minutes at sandwiching court. The mess is served hot with melted butter and egg, because when cool, is no longer delicious.

Desi, boiled egg is served to you the finished polenta or added into the slurry while the stove?

Desi thanks. That I forgot to specify. Add egg or boiled, cut into pieces or fried separately, but the yolk is firm.
