Pork chops on Baconschi

Ingredients
4 pork chops
100 g mushrooms
80 g salo
100 g cream
20 g lard
1 onion
pepper
pepper
salt
Method
Cutlets boned, crushed and add salt, sprinkle pepper, fry on high heat on both sides and remove them. In the remaining lard fry the grated onion, add diced salo and the chopped mushrooms. Court be removed from the fire, add red pepper, pour a little water, place chops and stew until soft. Remove chops tender, add the rest of the cream sauce and vazvaryava.

recipe is super. Pork should be stabbed with a knife to fry evenly + 2-3 drops of lemon juice and if instead of cream add drained yogurt becomes something amazing.
