Pork chops in rural

Ingredients
4 cutlets 150 g of lean pork
4 slices of ham
16-20 field mushrooms
4 onions
4 tomatoes
4-6 florets of cauliflower
8 potatoes
1 egg
4 tbsp flour
6-8 tbsp vegetable oil
salt
pepper
parsley
dill
mint or savory
Method
Cleaned loins are crushed on both sides, scatter with salt and pepper and fry in half the butter to a nice plant reddish brown color. Put them in a warm platter. The rest of frying fat put chopped ham, mushrooms, tomatoes, cauliflower, add salt and fry a few minutes. Scatter (if necessary) with a few drops of broth or water (not to be diluted very) and strangle ten minutes. Potatoes and onions are grated, add egg, salt, pepper and flour to make dough that make 4 buns, then fry in vegetable oil separated to crispness. On each pita, set in a warm plate, put one steak and stewed mixture of mushrooms and ham. Sprinkle with a mixture of chopped herbs (parsley, dill and mint) and serve.
