Ingredients
750 g pork
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
2 heads (100 g) onion
8-10 (500 g) potatoes
10 (800 g) green tomatoes
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
salt
pepper
Method
Meat , cut into medium pieces and onions, finely chopped, put in a saucepan with the oil. Add salt is banked tightly with the lid and sauté on low heat, without being confused. When the onions soften, add the red pepper and sliced potatoes and green tomatoes. Pour over the warm water, add salt and leave to simmer. When serving sprinkle with pepper.
