Ingredients
750 g pork
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
2 heads (100 g) onion
8-10 (500 g) potatoes
10 (800 g) green tomatoes
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper

Method
Meat , cut into medium pieces and onions, finely chopped, put in a saucepan with the oil. Add salt is banked tightly with the lid and sauté on low heat, without being confused.
