Pork with rice and mushrooms

Ingredients
1 kg pork
500 g rice
500 g mushrooms
2 carrots
1 bunch spring onions
1 tbsp universal seasoning or spices of your choice
2 tbsp tomato paste
salt, black pepper, red pepper
sunflower oil

Method
Finely chopped carrots, onions and peppers fried in a deep pot. As soften put the meat cut into cubes, add the universal seasoning and pour 1 cup water to choke and tender meat. Then put the mushrooms, as mushrooms soften and put the tomato paste and red pepper and rice. The mixture was stirred and added to hot water in order to choke or rice. Soften the rice and put black pepper and salt. Pour the mixture into the pan and bake at 220 C until the water boil off.
