Potato salad with sour cream

Ingredients
1 kg Carophyll
1 small cucumber
3-4 boiled eggs
2 cloves garlic
400 g sour cream, drained
salt
pepper optional
olives

Method
Cook potatoes, peeled, cut into pieces and leave to cool. Cucumber cut into cubes. Drained cream salt it and add smashed garlic cloves. Eggs are cut, the olives are cleaned from the stones. All products are mixed, pour the sauce, be confused. Allow the salad to stand before serving. Instead of cucumber can put a cut in large pieces Iceberg lettuce or salad.

delicious salad.

This is my dear, I never use mayonnaise, most often put drained sour cream. Who has tried knows how delicious! Especially for people like Bulgarian, who loves leaven milk. As I get my people from BG, eat it with a spoon and always take some with them.

Wonderful salad! Lately I use cream instead of mayonnaise, very tasty! Rally Bravo!

Well, how can you explain Tatyanka? Cream, liquid is fermented like yogurt. Sour cream has in BG, this recipe is drained as drained yogurt. The difference in taste is great, however.
