Potato Soup

Ingredients
500 g of beef
1 kg potatoes
1-2 ties roots soup
2 sprigs parsley
1 onion
1 piece of celery
1 tsp (5 g) Kim
salt
Method
The meat is placed in a 2.5 liter cold, lightly salted water and boil until soft. Clean, finely chopped roots soup peeled and diced potatoes are put in the broth. Onions and celery are chopped, Kimball grind and when the potatoes are ready, add the meat in the broth. Boil again. The soup is served garnished with chopped parsley.

This soup is wonderful, but I think meat must be chicken rather than beef! Then the soup would be perfect! Try it away! I already did.
