Potato soup with leeks and carrots

Ingredients
4-5 potatoes
2-3 carrots
2 leeks onion
4 tbsp vegetable oil
70 g butter
pepper
salt

Method
Potatoes, diced, leeks cut into small pieces, and carrots, cut into thin rings, sauté together the vegetable oil, then pour 5 cups boiling salted water. Boil the soup for about 30 minutes. Serve sprinkled with pepper and 1 teaspoon fresh cow butter in portion.
