Potato stew with sausages

Ingredients
800 g potatoes
400 g carrots
2 tbsp sunflower oil
salt and pepper
2 raw sausages
4 tbsp sour cream
1 bunch parsley

Method
Potatoes and carrots are peeled. Cut each into cubes measuring about 1-2 cm. The oil becomes heated in a pot and in it for about 3 minutes sauté carrots. Add potatoes, make 650 ml water, seasoned with 1 tsp salt and a little pepper. Allow to simmer for 12 minutes. Peel the sausages and they form small patties. Add to the potatoes and leave about 5 minutes on low heat to take the taste. Season with salt and pepper and removed from the heat. Parsley washed, drained and petals are removed. Pureed with cream and a bit of potato soup. Serve separately.
