Ingredients
500 g bacon
1 onion
500 g potatoes
250 g cheese
8 eggs
salt
Method
Cut bacon and fry. The potatoes are grated and placed in a container with cold water. Eggs are broken and mixed with grated onion and cheese, bacon and drained potatoes. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish and bake in preheated oven about 45 minutes.
