Peel the potatoes and cut. I cut them into slices, if larger cut each slice in half. Oil tray with the oil and it rank potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper broth (from a packet or crumbled cube). Pour water (must cover slightly fries) and bake at 180C degrees for about 30 minutes. To double-check with a fork if well cooked and continue cooking if needed.
