Potatoes with crispy crust

Ingredients
potatoes
sunflower oil
pepper
salt

Method
Potatoes are cut into quarters and boil in salted water. 5-6 minutes after boiling for download from the fire and drain the water. In the pan put sunflower oil (less poveko) and heated in the oven. Drained potatoes are loaded into the tray, sprinkle with pepper and bake until golden. A great crispy crust, but inside are like fries smothered. Become a main dish and a side dish.
