Potatoes with Ham Spanish

Ingredients
300-400 g a small baby potatoes
4 tbsp olive oil
300 g ham
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp sweet red pepper
2 tbsp vinegar
1 pepper
sea salt
Method
Peel the potatoes well and cut in half. Put to boil or steam in salted water. Must remain solid. Drain and dry. During this time, the ham is cut into cubes. Together bruised or Strain the garlic, chili pepper, sweet pepper and cumin. Acetic. Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan and into it over high heat put to sautéed potatoes. Often turning, until golden brown on all sides. Add ham and shredded pepper and stir 2-3 minutes. All pour garlic mixture and after 2 minutes, remove from fire. Serve warm or cold, sprinkled with sea salt.
