Pretzels stuffed with minced meat

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/2 cup sunflower oil
125 g butter
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
salt
# For the filling:
250 g beef
1 egg
ground black pepper, salt
Method
Yogurt mix with soda. To this is added the oil, melted butter and salt. Pour a little of the flour and kneaded dough medium hard. Roll out pastry to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Each crust sprinkled with flour and with the help of glass cut circles. On the circle put a little stuffing. Cover with another circle, all of which adhere lightly with fingers to adhere to the lower circle. The filling is prepared as follows: beef fry gently in a little oil, together with spices. To the cooled mince was added 1 raw egg and mix. Pretzels are arranged in a buttered pan and place in preheated oven. Baked to pinking.
