Pudding with bread

Ingredients
150 g of sugar for the caramel
100 g sugar mixture
150 g dry bread
500 ml boiling milk
rind of 1 lemon
2 tbsp honey
4 eggs
1 heaped tbsp starch

Method
Caramelized sugar is that, as well distributed on the bottom and sides of the form for pudding. Nadrebnyava bread, watered with boiled milk, add lemon zest and stir. Add then the other products kata zest off. Pour the liquid into the mold and bake 1 hour in a water bath at 150 ° C. Once removed from the oven, allow to cool and removed from the form.
