Pudding with rice and fruit compote

Ingredients
2/3 cup rice
1 and 1/3 cup sugar
3 eggs
3 cups milk
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tbsp flour
fruit compote one (peaches, apricots, strawberries or other)
1 vanilla
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method
Clean, washed rice boiled with 1 cup taking water to her. Add milk and dovaryava. At the end of cooking, add 1 cup sugar. Fruits drain very nice juice and cut into small cubes. The butter mix until fluffy with powdered sugar. To it consistently add egg yolks, egg whites and cooled down rice, broken with the remaining 1/3 cup crystal sugar. The mixture was stirred with fruit. Pour into a greased and sprinkled with flour baking dish. Bake in a moderate oven. The finished pudding is served warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar flavored with vanilla.
