Pumpkin pie with whipped cream

Ingredients
# For the dough:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
pinch of salt
1 egg
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp caster sugar
1 vanilla
# For the filling:
450 g pumpkin
200 ml milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1 pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg

Method
Sift the flour into a bowl, add 4 tbsp brown sugar and a pinch of salt. Everything is thoroughly mixed. In the middle of the flour is made well and it clicks egg. Add 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp and cold water. The products are kneaded to give a stiff dough. The dough is formed into a ball and allowed to stand in a refrigerator for 20 minutes. Pumpkin cut into pieces and boiled. Pureed with other products for the filling. Roll out the dough and place in pre-greased round pan. Bake for 5 minutes in the preheated oven to 200 ° C. Remove and leave to cool. Cover with the pumpkin mixture. The pie is baked at 200 C for about 1 hour.
