Ingredients
1-2 heads beetroot (depending on size)
1-2 cloves garlic
150 g thick yogurt
1 tsp olive oil
2-3 drops of vinegar
dill
salt

Method
Beets Boil and peel. Cut into small cubes. Grind the garlic with the salt. Dill is cut into small pieces. All mix and stir well.
