Red beets and carrots with dill

Ingredients
1-2 chapters red aech
3-4 carrots
1/2 bunch of dill
1/4 lemon
3-4 skilitki garlic
salt
3 tbsp olive oil
Method
Red beet is peeled and placed in boiling water to soften for 10 minutes. Carrots grate them add the grated beetroot. Then add the chopped dill and garlic. Add lemon juice, olive oil and salt. Stir and serve.
