Rice in Barcelona

Ingredients
240 g rice
80 g butter
120 g ham
1 onion
2 tomatoes
120 g peas
2 cup (400 ml) broth
parsley
nutmeg
pepper
salt
Method
Finely chopped onion fry in butter until yellowing, add chopped ham, boiled, peeled and finely chopped tomatoes also, Fry is then placed cleaned, rinsed and scalded rice, salt to taste and fry. The mixture is poured hot broth (or water) and boil for 7 minutes, until almost all the liquid absorb. Add the quantity peas, seasoned and stew in low oven until soft.
