Rice with beet leaves

Ingredients
20-25 beet leaves
500 g rice
1 carrot
1 onion
200 g mushrooms
400 g yogurt
3 eggs
1 tbsp paprika, black pepper, salt
sunflower oil

Method
Beet leaves are washed and cut into medium-sized strips. Carrot and onion finely and mushrooms in large pieces. In a deep pot fry the carrots and onions, but as soften and add the mushrooms. After about 5 minutes and put the leaves of beet to saute and they. Put it in other products, rice and pour the water. When the rice swell put red pepper, black pepper and salt. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and put that in the oven until the water boil off. Yoghurt and eggs are mixed and pour them with rice. Returns tray in the oven to brown, and salad.
