Rice Salad

Ingredients
1 cup long-grain rice
10-12 pitted olives
200 g ham or skinless sausage
3-4 pickles
250 g mayonnaise
salt, pepper
4 cup cabbage soup or salted water
Method
Boil the rice in cabbage soup, draining, rinsing it with cold water and Drain in a colander. During this time chopped other products, add them to the mayonnaise with the rice, stir and leave at least 2 hours in the refrigerator before serving. Garnish with olives, cucumbers, grated boiled eggs and another of your choice.
