Rice with vegetables and meat

Ingredients
300 g rice
3-4 peppers
3-4 carrots
150 g ham
100-300 g chicken breasts
100-150 g mushrooms
dill
salt

Method
Rice is Boil in salted water and drained. Peppers, carrots, mushrooms and ham cut into thin strips and fry in this order: carrots, peppers, mushrooms, ham and chicken, add dill (may be replaced with curry - 1 tbsp or 150 g blue cheese) and salt taste, then add the rice and well stirred. Can be served as a side dish or self-dish. The amount is quite large, so it can be proportionately reduced if will only be used for garnish.
