Rich fruit cake

Ingredients
3-4 cups Dried fruits (1 cup apricots and cranberries + 1 and 1/2 cup of your choice)
4 cup nuts (1 and 1/2 cup walnuts and brazil nut + 1 cup unsalted pistachios or other)
1/2 cup candied peels - orange and lemon
1 and 3/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cinnamon
in 1/2 tsp nutmeg and ginger
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup butter
2/3 cup brown sugar
8 eggs, at room temperature
1 tbsp vanilla
2/3 cup brandy, maybe more

Method
Preheat the oven to 180 C. Stack trays of bread about the size of 20h10 cm, covered with foil. Namaste them or them nabrashni setting aside them aside. Divided into quarters dried apricots. Combine them with cranberries, other dried fruits, the walnuts, Brazilian walnuts, pistachios, candied orange and lemon peels in a large bowl, where they mix well. Mix flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and baking soda in a bowl and set aside aside. Mix the butter and sugar in a medium bowl until they are fluffy. Add eggs, stirring after each added to make it more smooth liquid mixture. Add vanilla. Add the flour mixture and keep stirring. Pour it all over fruit mixture. Shake and stir until coated well fruit and nuts. Divide mixture of two vessels. Smooth top of each as you can, pressing them. Grill for 1 hour and 35 minutes and turn the cake when baked. Pull from oven and let them cool for 15 minutes. Took cakes vessels and scrape them from fthe oil, if necessary. If you use brandy, turn cakes and 1/3 cup brandy for anyone smear them entirely. If you do not use, simply put away to cool. Turn again cakes and smear them with the rest of brandy. Leave them to cool completely. Turn into a handkerchief soaked in brandy. Turn in a bag or put in boxes and put them in the refrigerator. Brush with more brandy, every few weeks. If you do not anoint thee, will be eaten within 2 weeks if waterest brandy - will be for two months.

recipe looks pretty promising. Even more with these useful calories. I would try it once, but here where I live now I have an oven. I would add that Brazil nut is one of the most incredible taste nuts, but do not overdo them Poneva contain slightly more fat than other nuts maximum of 2-3 days. :)
