Roast chicken with cherry sauce

Ingredients
1 chicken
125 g butter
1 cup red wine
2 tbsp flour
2 cup Cherry
pepper, salt
Method
Chicken, rubbed with salt, pepper and butter, baked. Is baked, remove the chicken and refilling sauce roasted in a pan. Add wine and bring to a boil. Blurring the flour with cold water and pour in the sauce. Stir until thickened. Add cleaned by stoning cherries and remaining butter. Simmer another 5 minutes. Pour the chicken with the sauce.
