Roast chicken with potatoes and mustard

Ingredients
1 kg chicken - 4 legs
1 large onion
5-6 potatoes
2 tbsp mustard
1 lemon
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
salt or chicken broth mix spices for grilled chicken
1 tsp bread crumbs
Method
Blend coarsely chopped onions with mustard, lemon juice, salt (broth) and the oil. In tray or put stew meat portions, peeled and coarsely chopped potatoes (2-3 pieces), rasim with breadcrumbs and spices and pour the strained mixture. Bake about 200C degrees wrapped with aluminum foil under the hood or in stew for 30-45 minutes until the chicken is tender. Then get out fthe oil (cover) and bake until browned well and evaporate excess liquid from the sauce.
