Roasted lamb with rice

Ingredients
1-1.5 kg lamb
125 g butter
1 cup Rice
pepper
pepper
salt
200 g fresh mushrooms mushrooms
1 bunch lovage

Method
Cut the meat into portions and add some with melted butter, paprika, black pepper and salt. Put it in the tray, make up 1-1 and 1/2 cup with water. Cover with a wet and salted wrapping paper or fsunflower cooking oil. Brown paper tied together at the periphery of the tray with wet salted thread. Bake about 2-2 1/2 hours. After baking the meat separates into pot with a lid. In the sauce that is left in the pan add the rice, chopped mushrooms, chopped lovage, and water. Mix well and bake. Serve portions of roast lamb with crust and rice.
