1 kg ready seasoned ribs
optional can add soy sauce, wine, ketchup and spices to taste.

Put the ribs for 15-20 minutes in the freezer to freeze slightly. Potatoes, cut them into not very thick rings or long strips, put them in a bowl sprinkle with 1 tbsp sunflower oil and mix. Pour 1/2 cup water at the bottom of the pan, put the bottom BBQ and arrange the potatoes on it. Put the top BBQ ribs and arrange it. Turn the oven to 200C for 15 minutes, then turn the ribs, charge for 20 minutes at the same temperature (not run straight for 40 minutes while turning ribs clock ticking and so lose minutes) and then turn back ribs and more dopichate 10 15 minutes. Remove the ribs with the BBQ with the device to the oven and dopichate potatoes 230C for 5 minutes.
