Roll apple

Ingredients
125 g butter
5 apples
4 eggs
9 tbsp flour
9 tbsp sugar
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method
The butter is placed in rectangular tray and put in a preheated oven at 180 C to melt. Apples grind in large pieces grater and place in pan and baked. During this time, whisk the eggs with the sugar until white. Add the flour mixed with baking powder. Mix. Pour over apples poizpechenite. Bake until golden. Remove from the oven and leave to cool a bit. Carefully turned on a silicone mat or towel and twist roll. Top copiously sprinkled with powdered sugar. He loves cinnamon can be sprinkled apples after bake.
