Roll of mixed boiled meat

400 g veal
1/4 hen
1 carrot
potato 1
2 slices of bread without crust
1/2 cup milk
egg 1
2 tbsp raisins
250 g cooked mushrooms
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 onion
parsley, salt, pepper /
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Both types of meat are cooked to softening with a little water and salt. Add carrots and potatoes and cook another 20 minutes. Grind the meat and potatoes and carrots cut into cubes. Add bread soaked in milk, egg, chopped parsley and onion, salt and pepper. The mixture was kneaded nice and spread like a rectangle on a damp cloth or foil. Make a stuffing of raisins, chopped mushrooms, breadcrumbs (slightly moistened with broth or hot water). The filling is placed 2-3 fingers into the long side and rolled up using a towel (fthe oil). Place in a greased cake form and sprinkle with sunflower oil and breadcrumbs. Bake in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes (redness). Remove from the form and served with Russian salad, mayonnaise or salad season.
