Roulade of minced meat

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 onion
1 tbsp biscuit
4 eggs
2 slices of bread
1/2 cup milk
salt
pepper
1-2 carrots
fat frying
Method
Grate the onion and add to the minced meat. Slices of bread soaked in milk and also added to the minced meat. Add 1 egg and spices. Minced meat is kneaded well and allowed to stand for 1 hour. 2 eggs cooked solid. Peel and cut lengthwise in half. Minced meat is divided into 4 parts. There are also larger meatballs - steaks, as in every place in half of the egg. Shape and immersed in Rusk and beaten egg. Fry in preheated oil. In fat, which are fried steak, sauté 1-2 grated carrot, fat is strained and it flooded roulade.
