50 g cottage cheese
3 tbsp chutney
pinch of salt optional

Method
Buckwheat boiled with water in a ratio of 1: 4 15-20 minutes or soak the evening of boiling water in a ratio of 1: 3. Buckwheat prepared in one way or another drain the water and mix with the cottage cheese, add salt optional. Chutney mix salad or added as a decoration on the plate. The salad is served slightly chilled.
