Salad of cauliflower

Ingredients
500 g of cauliflower
4 tbsp (40 ml) sunflower oil
2 tbsp (20 ml) lemon juice
pepper
salt
Method
In boiling salted water placed disruptive florets of cauliflower, boiled to soften and leave to drain. Lemon juice mix with salt and pepper, pour cauliflower and serve immediately.

I concoct and carrots, always ready thus cauliflower, and is very useful awash with olive oil and lemon.
