Salad cauliflower and corn with cream

Ingredients
200 g of cauliflower
150 g carrots
100 g canned sweet corn
4-5 leaves of lettuce
100 ml cream
pepper
salt
Method
Cauliflower splits small bouquets, washed and boiled in salted water. Carrots cut into circles and also boil. In a serving plate put in large pieces loose leaves of lettuce, and on top of small individual piles rank drained carrots, corn and cauliflower. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste and pour the cream. Salad garnish optional.
