Ingredients
2 small heads of celery
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
1 tbsp (10 ml) vinegar
pepper
salt
Sauce yolks
Method
Cleaned celery grate. Mix with the oil, vinegar, pepper, salt and let stand. Before presenting salad pour the sauce yolks.
