H eggs
300 g potatoes
2 gherkins
4 tomatoes
100 g mayonnaise
150 g green beans
1 tbsp (10 ml) sunflower oil
sugar
pepper
garlic

Method
Eggs are cooked. Boil the potatoes are peeled and allowed to cool. Potatoes, cucumbers, eggs are cut into pieces and mixed with mayonnaise, diluted with vinegar and sprinkled with salt, pepper and sugar. Arrange lettuce in salad around garnished with green beans (cooked until soft and seasoned with vinegar, sunflower oil, salt, pepper and sugar) and sliced tomatoes.
