Salad of green beans in Liege

Ingredients
500 g young green beans
500 g potatoes
100 g bacon
1 tsp (5 ml) vinegar
1 onion
1 tsp butter
salt
pepper
nutmeg
parsley
Method
Cook potatoes unpeeled. Green beans is cleared of strings, as is the big breaks of 2-H pieces. Boil in salted water. After about 15 minutes, remove from heat, drained and put in a hot court to stay warm. Boil the potatoes are peeled, cut into slices and mix with the beans. Melted in the butter, add the diced bacon. Once fried poured onto vegetables. Boil a little vinegar, pour over salad and everything is seasoned with salt, pepper and a little grated nutmeg. Onions and parsley chopped finely and add.
