Salad of kale, carrots and chicken

Ingredients
100 g kohlrabi
100 g carrots
2 scallions
100 g roasted or fried chicken without skin
# For the sauce:
2 tbsp peeled sunflower seeds
1 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsp yogurt
lemon juice
white pepper, salt, sugar
1-2 tbsp chopped mint or mint
Method
Clean kohlrabi Grate in large pieces. Carrots and grate. Vegetables are placed in piles flat serving plate. Cut the meat into small cubes and arrange in alabasha and carrots. Top sprinkle chopped green onion thin slices. The sauce is prepared as constipation in pan without sunflower oil seeds and then 1 tbsp of them mixed with cream, yogurt and lemon juice. Season with salt, sugar and white pepper. Distribute over salad and sprinkle the remaining seeds.
