Salad with potatoes, tuna and grilled zucchini

Ingredients
4-5 katofi
1 zucchini
2 boiled eggs
160 g canned tuna
olive oil (sunflower oil)
the juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp mustard
sauce Tabasco optional
salt

Method
Cook potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Zucchini cut into rings and baked on BBQ or Teflon pan with a little olive oil (sunflower oil). Boiled eggs grate (finely) and together with zucchini pieces are added to the potatoes. Insert and tuna. Salad flavored with salt and olive oil (sunflower oil) to taste. Mustard stir in the juice of one lemon, optional can put a few drops of Tabasco. With the resulting dressing is poured over the salad and mix well.
