Salad with rice and jerky

Ingredients
8-10 pieces jerky or sausage
1 cup Rice
250 g mixed, lightly cooked vegetables of your choice
6-8 black olives
# For the dressing:
1 tsp mustard
vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
parsley
pepper
Method
Dressing vinegar, mustard, olive oil, chopped parsley and pepper to taste Pour into a jar, close tightly and broken well. Half jerky or sausage mixed with cooked and cooled rice, cooked vegetables, chopped in half and free of stones olives and dressing. Lidding and stay 20-30 minutes at room temperature. The finished salad put in salad and garnish with remaining jerky or sausage and olives.
